ClearSale has been nominated in the National Online Retail Association (NORA) “Best Business Process Outsourcing” in the upcoming Solution Partner Excellence Awards. The Australian retailer community is hosting the awards for the third year, with the awards ceremony taking place on April 22, 2021 in Berrilee, New South Wales.
The NORA awards are powered by the votes of Australian and New Zealand retailers. ClearSale is asking its clients and contacts in the region to vote for the fraud protection leader here until the deadline of April 9, 2021. Voters must be retailers in the region who register with their business email address associated with the retailer. Each retailer can only vote for a nominee once per category.
As an outsourced solution partner for retailers, ClearSale provides a wider range of fraud protection options as well as the depth of experience that many online merchants could not otherwise access. The platform offers innovative solutions to protect e-retailers of all sizes from chargebacks and false declines, which have been a growing issue in previous months as new online shoppers have emerged during lockdowns. Despite offering unparalleled protection for retailers, ClearSale has the highest approval rates in the fraud protection industry and backs those approvals with a chargeback guarantee. The company does this by pairing its proprietary AI technology with manual reviews by experts for every suspicious transaction, all of which is designed to maximize a retailer’s revenue and minimize risk.
“Receiving the nomination from NORA is an honor, especially in the outsourcing category,” said Ralph Kooi, ClearSale’s Country Manager for Australia. “We know that it would be hard for retailers, especially small and medium-sized businesses, to protect themselves against the growing threat of chargebacks and fraud. This isn’t just about providing a needed service, but about adding value in a way that is meaningful to our customers and removes the burden from their shoulders. Their trust in our services means everything to our team.”
Mr. Kooi added, “We’re hoping that our network agrees that we are invaluable to their businesses and will cast a vote for ClearSale now that voting has opened.”
