ADT Security has announced it has been acquired by Intelligent Monitoring Group (IMG) in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) from Johnson Controls.

Geoff Campbell-Brown will lead operations in Australia, while Alison Kingdon will take charge in New Zealand.
