Intalock has announced the recent merger of Intalock Technologies Pty Ltd (Intalock) with Spirit Technology Solutions Limited (Spirit). Spirit is an ASX listed company.

Spirit has developed their own fixed wireless network, providing Australian small to medium sized-businesses (SMBs) with Sky-Speed Internet, along with Managed IT Services and Cloud-based business solutions.
After an extensive market review of assets in the Cyber Security space, Intalock was chosen as the foundational asset for Spirit to enter the Corporate & Government segment. The Intalock CEO will remain to lead the growth of Spirit’s emergence into the Corporate & Government segment, ensuring the general operations of the team and Intalock quality of support & service remain business as usual for customers. There will be no change to services with Intalock. Spirit’s transformational technology, its platform and team, will undoubtedly transform the way Intalock conduct business into the future for the better.
