IPP Appoints COO

IPP Consulting Pty Ltd (IPP) is delighted to announce the appointment of Kylie Martin as Chief Operating Officer, effective Monday 1 July 2019.

Kylie has been a key member of IPP’s leadership team since she joined the company in September 2017 as Technology Program Director.

Announcing Kylie’s appointment, IPP Managing Director, Craig Brew said: “Kylie has exceptional client management and team leadership skills gained over many years of experience. We are extremely lucky to have her as a member of our team and are pleased she has decided to take on this new position”.

“Kylie is a highly respected industry leader with impressive business acumen and is known for her collaborative leadership style. This appointment is also consistent with IPP’s focus on supporting and promoting young outstanding talent.”

Commenting on Kylie’s appointment, outgoing CEO Mario Parisi said: “Following three years of exceptional growth it was always IPP’s plan to find an individual who could manage the day to day activities of our business and I am delighted to be handing over the reins to such a superb leader. I look forward to working with her to build on our success and growth.” Following his own successful term as CEO, Mario will be moving back into his previous role as one of IPP’s Directors, focused on future strategy and growth.

About Kylie Martin
As Technology Program Director, Kylie was responsible for managing teams nationally to deliver a range of IPP services including IT networks, communications, security and audio-visual technologies. As the dedicated Technology Program Director for a major financial institution, leading their ‘smart buildings’ project, Kylie led a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver the next generation of workspace, which fosters greater performance, engagement and an enhanced experience for its people and customers.

Prior to joining IPP, Kylie was Group Manager Security at Toll Group and before that Head of Asset Protection Services at NAB (Financial Crime Services). Kylie will continue to be based at IPP’s head office in Melbourne, Victoria.
