Exhibition (Day 1-3)

The security expo is the largest event of its kind in Australasia, and this year is expected to attract more than 4500 security industry professionals from more than 20 countries.

The exhibition show floor will be a hive of activity as the biggest brands in security technology and product innovation from home and abroad come together to showcase some of the newest innovations in access control, intrusion detection, biometrics and IP networking.

New Product Showcase (Day 1-3)

The New Product Showcase provides visitors the chance to witness 10 of the best security products to hit the Australian market in the last 12 months in action. Live product demonstrations will allow visitors to walk away with hands on, practical product knowledge to use in their own business. One of the next-generation products on show will be Pelco’s Evolution 360-Degree Indoor Camera – an IP camera with a 5-megapixel sensor and no moving parts.

Seminar day 1: Innovation Day

  • Founder and Managing Director of Foresight Security Planning, David Turner, will be speaking on ‘Risky environment calls for a new risk direction’.

Seminar day 3: Recruitment Day

Australian Defence Force Careers is headlining day three of the seminar series program. Recruitment Day is a must attend for anyone seeking a new role or professional development in the industry.

ASIAL Conference (Day 1-2)

The 29th annual ASIAL Conference will feature a renowned panel of industry experts from Australia and the United States. Shaping up to be one of the best line ups at the conference in recent years, some of the latest names to confirm their place as keynote speakers include QANTAS Head of Security, Steve Jackson, and Victorian Minister for Police and Emergency Services, Kim Wells.

Mr Jackson and Minister Wells will join the likes of Microsoft Chief Security Officer, Mike Howard, IHS Senior Research Analyst, Blake Kozak, and Hills Managing Director, Ted Pretty, on the conference program.
